The newly appointed board of the Guam Racing Federation regrets to announce that the Guam International Raceway will be closing its gates until further notice. GIRMAC officials are requested to inform its members that this closing will be hopefully just temporary as the Guam Racing Federation navigates and hope’s to negotiate an extension to the licence for which the CLTC had ended with a letter of eviction to the Guam Racing Federation to vacate the property.
